What does the refurbish process look like?

Each console is taken apart piece by piece and is carefully sanitized and cleaned. Drive belt is replaced with new laser cut belt and thermal compound cleaned and replaced. Blown capacitors are removed and replaced and any other faulty parts are replaced as well. Each console passes a physical assessment prior to being shipped out to ensure physical condition is excellent.

What happens if I buy a console and it goes bad?

Customer satisfaction is important at gaming bin and we prioritize it by offering a free 60 day warranty on every item. If something happens to go wrong within that time period, contact us and we will replace the it totally free. Even if the time period passes we are still willing to work things out.

How long does it take to ship?

We have a handling time of 0-2 days and use UPS Ground and USPS Ground advantage as our shipping services. Each service can take anywhere from 1-5 days to deliver. Most orders are delivered within a week from ordering and if there are any delays you will be notified.

Can I donate my old video games to gaming bin?

Yes you can! We will take any old video game consoles or accessories that you don't want. We take donations and will consider buying your old video games from you as well. To get started with that use the contact form down below.
